Hazy gives you all the benefits of shooting with filters in post-production, diffusing strong light and giving your footage a softer, dreamier look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hazy adds a subtle glow to your footage that can help reduce the sharpness and contrast that comes with shooting digitally. We have created a range of presets based on our favorite filter styles and strengths, so you can choose from a range of different diffusion options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choosing a smaller strength will result in a bloom effect tightly concentrated around bright light sources, while choosing a larger strength will result in a softer glow across your whole image. Control the look of your effect by selecting the specific filter style, intensity, and spread of your diffusion for fast results. You can also adjust the exposure, temperature and tint of your effect so it looks natural with the light in your footage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can take your look a step further by using our custom response controls, which determine the rolloff of your effect. The custom response graph changes to adapt to your chosen filter style, with each point adapting to the shape of your diffusion filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hazy offers color management support, with the effect being tailored to\u00a0 the input gamma of your footage or timeline. This can either be based on your specific camera brand’s color science or a standard gamma such as Rec. 709, ACES, DWG and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
