"I see past my disability".

This is a film about an inspirational young man. Johnny Botton has faced challenges that many could not even contemplate. His journey through foster care, living with cerebral palsy and overcoming the prejudices that come with these, have made Johnny a role model and example to many.
Johnny used to visit our family on respite for holidays. It was always obvious that his upbeat, compassionate and positive outlook on life was going to guide serve him well. My own children and foster children regard Johnny as a surrogate brother, and it was inevitable that I would do a film about Johnny at some point.
