This is my very first Film I've made back in 2016. I was already the band's tour photographer when they asked me if I'd be up to do a music video for their song "Fever". At that time I only had a canon 6d and I squeezed the heck out of it! Today, creating Films has become my second main pillar in my self employment. Next to photography. Wisarut Wat Suksiriwararak is an old Muay Thai fighter from Pai in Northern Thailand. He fought in bouts all around Thailand up until his retirement in 1992. He now runs his own gym in Pai, passing down his knowledge of Thailand’s traditional martial art to both locals and visitors from around the world. However, over the past few decades, authentic practices of Muay Thai have slowly being fading away changing as Thailand’s culture has become increasingly commercialised. With a growing impetus on financial incentives and entertainment, is this historic martial art beginning to move away from its proud heritage?

Filmed in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik in Croatia. Lauren and I spent 2 days with the couple, their friends and family. The first day on the Island of Lokrum which is a lovely peaceful island with breathtaking views and an abundance of wildlife from wild rabbits to peacocks. The next day the wedding ceremony was filmed at Sponza Palace in the old town and The Excelsior Hotel for the reception. Game of Thrones was filmed in Croatia and the whole place is like one big movie set! We used handheld Panasonic GH5 cameras with Sigma and Voigtlander lenses. Sony and Tascam mics for the sound.

Located in the heart of the country, the city that began to transform the Brazilian cerrado, has a set of structures built in the decades of its creation (1930-1950), which are listed by the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute, IPHAN, which can be easily explored. Founded in 1933 to replace the former Capital of the State (Vila Boa), Goiânia is among the cities with the best index of quality of life in the country and the one with the largest green area per inhabitant (94 m²). If you are passing through Goiânia, it is possible to take a tour in just one day. If you do not have that much time, book at least one morning or one afternoon to visit Civic Square, which is now in the final phase of a long revitalization period. You will be surprised!

Goru Bihu Song is a viral music video from Himalayan region of India which made it to official selection of more than 100 international film festivals (Berlin, Moscow, USA, Italy, etc) across the world. It is the first of its kind Assamese experimental video directed and produced by Axl Hazarika, an avant-garde artist based in Guwahati, India. The video captures the essence of Assamese folk Bihu dance and celebration of the spirit of Goru Bihu with cow face paint. Goru Bihu is a festival celebrated on the first day of Assamese calendar month of Bohag (mid-April during the start of spring), a day before Bohag Bihu, the harvest festival of Assam. Assam is an Indian state lying in the foothills of the Himalayan region in Northeast India. The video is based on the futuristic imagination of Goru Bihu celebrations, away from the homeland, and in the absence of cows amidst a generation of technology-based live music performance.
