We find the idea to show how ODB (Bourbon's Optical) can help their customers in all their life through the eyes of them and how it can be when the company offer them awesome glasses. We direct this commercial with my team during 4 days with a lot of fun ! For the post production & color grading, Filmconvert was (is) the tool to use to improve a movie, so without thinking I used it for the color grading.

Paradise Lost is a short film inspired by the Yemen refugee issue in Jeju island. Paradise can often be associated with a place of exceptional happiness and delight, and I am sure every day each one of us at some point during the day scrolls through their Instagram feed searching for the perfect vacation spot, and our own piece of paradise, where we can escape from all our troubles and the realities that surround us. Since the Yemeni refugees arrived on Jeju in April and May 2018, they have clearly found it difficult to integrate into the society but they are trying their best to fit in. We question the idea of what does paradise means. Is a place of beauty or is it something as simple as having a place to live? This short film was produced just 24 hours after another Saudi-led airstrike bombs down on a school bus killing at least 29 children. Inspired by art of the old masters, we tried to use fashion film as a canvas on which we paint scenes from the lives of women who lost their children. Sadness and pain. Pieta.

The fashion film PIETA was created for the progressive Czech clothing brand ODIVI. The opulent FW18 collection, inspired by street culture and hip-hop aesthetics, blends with fragile poetry. Both of these, to a certain extent, contradictory tendencies create a captivating atmosphere balancing on the edge of a great artistic gesture and a consumer kitsch. As part of a voluntary creative restraint, the whole video is shot exclusively on the Samsung S9 mobile phone without any additional accessories.

Popolo Shoreditch (popoloshoreditch.com/home/) recently celebrated its first birthday and to mark the occasion we made a little film showing a day in the life of this wonderful Italian restaurant. The film was shot over one whole day (16 hours to be precise) and captures the huge amount of work that goes into preparing the food before they even open for business and also the buzzing lunch and evening service at the Michelin Bib Gourmand award winner. The film was shot on a Leica M-P240 with Zeiss Planar 50/2, Leitz 90/2.8 and Voightlander 35/1.4 lenses. Some shots taken with the Leica D-Lux 109. A short documentary about a fashion designer

Earlier this year we decided to take a break for 2 weeks and go explore the islands of Hawaii. We usually travel during winter, or to mountainous locations so this was a change and we absolutely loved it. The landscapes are stunning, the food is amazing and the fact that you can go from a turquoise beach to a mountain top at 10,000 ft in 2 hours is just crazy. In 2 weeks we got to swim, hike, drive around the most beautiful roads and witness ever changing scenery. Hawaii is a place that we will keep revisiting, until then Aloha.

In December we visited Japan, which had been on our minds for quite some time. Despite having a bit of an idea of what this country might be like, (hearing from friends and having seen photos and videos), nothing could have prepared us for it. We completely fell in love with Japan. Its peaceful and quiet feel, its polite and respectful people, its culture and amazing scenery.

When people think of Australia they think: white sandy beaches, hot sun, and turquoise water. Tasmania is the untamed, wilder and more rugged part of this country. In late September of this year we spent a few days in Tasmania working for James Boag alongside a bunch of really nice people, following chef James Viles whilst he harnessed and foraged for wild and raw ingredients from around the region This is a glimpse of our adventure, where we experienced the wild Tasmanian weather, warm camp fires with new friends, as well as some spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Portraits of Porto is a cinematic short travel film about one of our favorite cities in Europe. With only a few days to film, we set out to capture the essence of what makes Porto interesting to us; and perhaps unsurprisingly, it was the the people.

Shortly after the tragic bus accident that claimed the lives of 16 members of the Humboldt Broncos, a junior hockey team from Saskatchewan Canada, a good friend of mine approached me with a song that he had written in memory of those lost, and as a tribute to the families left behind. He asked me to capture a live performance of the song that would convey the pain of the song. My goal was to keep it as raw, and emotional as possible, to put the focus solely on the message of the song, and not on the camera work.
