It took over a year to shoot the whole process at this small, family horticulture. Starting from seeding and ending up at the harvesting. Me an my client wanted to show how the work at horticulture looks like from the inside. How many people are involved in the process and how much effort it takes to grow the plants. We wanted to showcase the full season with the imapacts of the conditions and the weather. The whole video was filmed by myself no other videographer was involved. Same with editing process.

In the future, nothing stays hidden forever.

Full spectrum time-lapses were shot on a 7D converted by Spencer's with a Tiffen deep red filter on the lens.

This was a really exciting project to work on. Temple Spa asked me to create a video for the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards 2016 event to showcase the use of their products in luxury hotels. They were after something with a luxurious, aspirational feel, quite different to what we had gone for before, and they were really happy with the result. So was I!

This footage was all shot on the RED EpicX with Nikon and Tokina lenses on Inishark and Inishbofin, Ireland this summer of 2013. The original footage is also posted here, but this was processed using FilmConvert software in Premiere Pro using the Kodak 5207 setting. Music was performed by local musicians contracted for the larger project, Cultural Landscapes of the Irish Coast. This was originally put together for the locals to see what we did with our time there, so various people show up in shots for the fun of it, like Tommy Burke's knee!

All footage was shot on a RED EpicX with Nikon and Tokina Lenses. Music was by local musicians contracted for the 'soundtrack' for the ongoing project we are producing, Cultural Landscapes of the Irish Coast. I wanted to capture what time in the mountains meant to me. On a recent trip where I would typically spend my time skiing, I took the time to get into the back country and explore the mountain regions at a slower pace. It meant a lot of strenuous hikes and climbs but the serenity and beauty of this wondrous environment more than made up for it.

A few months back, I embarked on an impromptu day trip to Philadelphia with my good friend Seth Nenstiel. The mission was to relax, capture beautiful images, break in my shiny new Blackmagic Cinema Camera, and converse deeply about life and God and such. It was an awesome day. INTO WHITE is a narrative short video that captures Egyptian adventurer Omar Samra's as he tries to complete "The explorer's grandslam" by skiing to the geographic south pole.

After 10 days, thousands of steps and a few dry meals Omar Samra was able to raise the Egyptian flag over the continent of Antarctica, where Roald Amundsen first reached, to become the first Egyptian to ever ski to the south pole and to be only short of the north pole to complete an ever lasting dream to complete the grandslam.

The video was shot using 2 GOPRO cameras ( Hero 4 Silver + Hero 2 ) + Canon D550 + Iphone 6 plus.
Edited and Coloured using Adobe premiere CC & Film convert pro + Twixtor.
Compositing was done using Adobe After Effects.

We travelled to Ireland twice on a couple of decent forecasts. I absolutely love these trips and managed to pick up the camera and also fly the drone when I was out of the wetsuit. A brief history of punk music in Turkey in 90's and about todays society.

Here's a quick, low rez clip from our upcoming travel series WEWANNAGO. Episode 1 has us travelling through Turkey with stops in Istanbul, Cappadocia and Pamukkale. This short clip shows my wife Kseniya, her brother Kirill and myself (camera guy) taking our first steps into the historic site of Aya Sofya (Sancta Sophia). I've stripped out most of the voice overs and typographic/3D overlays— Saving the best for last :) So far, this episode is sitting around 9 minutes and that's just enough to show off the best of what Istanbul has to offer.

We're working hard to get the first 4 episodes live this summer and we appreciate the support and motivation.
