"Glitter" is the story of two down-on-their-luck vaudeville-esque clowns, performing on street corners to make ends meet. One day, their very livelihoods are challenged when they encounter a group of you thieves out to make a quick buck. At our heroes' lowest point, they're forced to ask themselves if bleeding for their art is really worth it.

This video I produced for free lance artist Jasmine Pradissitto. Working with the client we decided to make a hybrid video a blend of a commercial and documentary style. Jasmine's work is based on colour and light so it was vital that the colour work I did in post did her pieces justice. FilmConvert was a vital element to give the film the look I wanted. I love the sense of mystery you can discover in the quieter and less traveled corners of a city. The sidestreets and alleys. The doorways and the storefronts. And of course, the graffiti and looming skyscrapers that seem to appear no matter how far you drift off the beaten path. Even in Manhattan, you can still find these quiet, little spots, especially after dark when there are less bodies to cross your frame. Despite the title, there were actually TWO islands in the video, since I the opening daylight shots were done in Williamsburg. Everything else was filmed in Manhattan over several days in late August and early September.

Filmed on GH4 in Cinema 4K, in tweaked version of Matt Mosher's M-log settings (same as those found here http://blog.planet5d.com/2015/05/frustrated-with-no-v-log-l-for-your-gh4-try-matthew-moshers-m-log-cinematic-look-instead/, except I left Master Pedestal at 0).

Wilfred Legei is a ranger at Lewa Conservancy in Kenya. As a child he and his family were nomadic herders known as Maasai. Wilfred has always felt a close connection to the land he calls home and the animals he lives along-side. He decided to become a ranger at Lewa, helping to protect the animals from poachers as well as sharing his knowledge of the natural world with visitors. This is his story.

It has been an honor and privilege working on this incredible, State of the Art, historical building. 1000's photos, hours of RAW footage, close to 600 hours of making this cinematic documentary film. After a dream of home and comfort, Anthony, a young soldier, tries to hold on to his humanity and identity, seeking catharsis in the nearby river.

This short is about the road that leads to Cramond Island, a small island based in Granton, Edinburgh.You can only get to the island during certain periods of the day. The tide covers the only path to the island. This film shows what you see on route and on the island.

Sydnie is a model and friend of mine who I couldn’t get ahold of for almost eight months. When she finally resurfaced, it was with a story of a deeply affecting relationship, and of the strength it took to find herself again. Sydnie always struck me as so confident, and quick, and funny, and it was moving to hear how vulnerable she had been. We made this wee micro-documentary as a way to celebrate her and her return.
