I created this film as a start to my film career and what better place to do it than a place filled with newness. I am so happy to share with you my first short film, Beautiful Maui.

This corporate web promo film was made to highlight the collaboration between football federation South Australia and the The bedford group who are a employer for people with disabilities. Together they will be sponsoring the first South Australian disability football league. This was a fun film I made for them at the launch of the announcement.

I drank too much prosecco and whipped out my camera during my good friends' wedding. Lucky I did because it's probably one of those most meaningful little films I've ever shot. As usual, FilmConvert is my secret sauce to making my little Sony not look like what people expect it should.

This proof of concept video is an excerpt from the novel 'Before the Strand' by Amanda Raymond. Before the Strand is the story of Sherlock Holmes' son and the mystery surrounding what happened his real mother, why his existence was erased from history, and what dangers existed and still do, that forced his father to hide him away with the son of Charles Darwin. Jonathan Holmes must face his past and his father's past, in order to find the answers.

Tech Note: I used Film Convert to give it that cinematic look.

A mystery/thriller, Before the Strand takes place in 1903, with flashbacks to the 1880's and 90's. This scene is from a journal entry of Dr. John Watson's that Jonathan uncovers during his investigation.

A comic music video documentary of how we filmed our short film "Dogs of War"

After several months documenting in detail the making of a 12 foot Megillah Scroll, the scribe reveals an amazing story of the lost " little" Torah of Gardelegen.

To capture a live project in this detail, many camera and lens configurations were tested.
While filming, a number of additional lights were used to capture the detail of the artwork. This provided a challenge. To regain some of the studio texture and feeling while the artwork was being created I chose FilmConvert KD 5213 Vis3. After little adjustment the footage came to life adding depth and mood to my image. FilmConvert read my mind again.

In January, I got to experience Mallorca from its other side. With my friend Florian Gampert I travelled deep into the mountains and along the beautiful coast. Far away from drunk people. The conditions were extreme. Storms hit us and it poured down almost the hole time at 5°C, a weather you would expect from Iceland where I am every year. However the moments in between rain and fog were incredible, we captured them in this video from the air.

Commercial for Big Boys Kainan in Kent WA! Big Boys Kainan started as a food truck and gained so much popularity that they decided to open up a restaurant. We wanted to create a commercial showcasing their great food but also add in their funny side with a voiceover from the owner. Filmed with a Sony FS7 and graded with FilmConvert!

I went to a cyclocross race at Dornburg Saale at Winter 2014. It was my first "bigger" project with my Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera. I captured some nice footage of the amateur series. Unfortunately my SD card went full, so I didn't captured the Pro-Race. I used Filmconvert for Grading. Gear I used: Bmpcc & Kinothenik Loupe Nikon AI 50/1.4 Monopod Filmconvert

Filmconvert a handy film effect for each of my films. I often use it, which brings me pleasure.

"Bitten By The Devil" is a portrait of Lausanne based artist Thomas Mustaki. The film explore the way he paint, the reason why and his reflections behind it.

Bizzo is one of the 031 Floor Assassin's, which is the same breakdance crew that Preston & Tarquin (Sun Chasers) are a part of.

I've been wanting to make a video with Bizzo for some time and we finally managed to get our schedules lined up on a Sunday to make it happen. We shot for about 2 hours and I slowly did post for about 8 hours.

Craig Blackwell and his sons build custom fishing yachts on Albemarle Sound in North Carolina's Outer Banks. They have hand-crafted more than 70 boats over nearly 30 years. FilmConvert brought out a great look from the Digital Bolex footage.

Spot we made for a czech menswear brand.

By 2016, People lost their sight and vision.

Three girls set out to play an innocent game in a cursed forest with a blind boy.

Blocumentary is a docuseries showcasing creatives and the places that made them into the people they are today.

The movie shows a love story between a couple in which the girl dies because of a car accident, leaving the guy devastated, leading him into substance abuse. Then we see a different perspective as this time it is the girl who has to deal with the suffering of losing her boyfriend and the consequences that his death had on her. The Blue necklace that the boyfriend gave the girl represents the memory that each of them had of the other.

BMX short video about Nils cruising around Barcelona while the sun is about to go down. We love to be on the streets and find new spots to create something new on, meet new people while doing this and capturing every moment.
