The work will be auctioned by Volker Siegle on October 16, 2020 as part of the business weeks for the Boeblingen region. My Brother and I were asked by dear friends to shoot their special day. This was the first time we had the opportunity to shoot a wedding, and although stressful at times, it was an incredible learning experience. You have one shot to to capture the highlights of the bride and grooms day, and being able to tell the story while still keeping the viewers attention was challenging. We were pretty happy how it turned out, I hope you enjoy.

Shot on a bmpcc. Graded with Filmconvert. All on FCPX. It's shot in ProRes/Film/25frames. We shot it in 12,5 hours divided over 5 days. Our main actress, Celé de Plessis did an amazing job as did all the other people that we worked with on our daily shoots. We shot it all on location in Capetown and her surroundings. A beautiful place filled with lovely people.

I made this video to sponsor the Distinguished Gentlemans Ride (location Leeuwarden) to promote their good cause and as a call to action. It was so much fun to do but it also was al lot of work doing it by myself (script, camera, lights, editing). Luckily the "actors" where very so easy to work with (they are from the organisation by the way). Filmconvert is always my first go to in colorgrading and especially with this project which has a strong vintage feel with all these classic bikes! I hope you enjoy the video, it has a serious message but we tried to bring it with a little wink (don't know if this is an English saying as well :-) )

I was tasked to create a short film documenting the quality, process, and reliability of DSG Arms Alpha Holsters. These holsters are used prevalently in law enforcement units, so the quality of the products is so important.

The talent in the opening and close of the video was an actual Fort Worth Police/SWAT Officer.

I shot it with the C100 Mark 2, and primarily the Canon 24-70 F/4L IS, with a few shots with the Zeiss 25mm f/2 zf.2. The lighting was done with a pair of Westcott ulite softboxes with 500W photoflood bulbs.
Cinevate Duzi was used for the slider shots.
Rode NTG4 was used for dialogue and audio. After filming, I went back and rerecorded the sound effects for each step of the process to layer into the finished film.

Film Convert was used for grading, and I shot with the C100s wide DR profile.

Edith is Professional Trainer at UFIT Urban fitness Singapore, in the last two years she won many body building and bikini competitions. Her philosophy about fitness just simple, Earned but not given.
