Cuba is a very different place, you arrive there with absolutely no idea of what to expect and every single moment, you're finding something new for yourself - uncover an alternative reality of the world around you. Cuba is a unique place with wonderful people. This is the one thing that really stuck in our minds and hearts - People are merry and very grateful. Cuban people have an enormous weight on their shoulders and their lives are far away from being simple or easy, but despite everything, they still always sincerely smile and are always willing to help and give. Their internal strength is truly inspiring. We've made real friends and met men and women whom we've known for a very long time, knowing them just for a few seconds. I invite you to look into the lives of some of the people that we were lucky to meet during our trip.

Hitasha is a lead cake designer and owner of The Cakery Bake Shop and this girl can design cakes like no other. Being a South Asian Videography studio, we get to work with many vendors but it’s an honor when we get to film their own wedding. During my early discussions with Hitasha and Kunal, I learned three things very quickly: they have a great love story, they love Bollywood and she is going to design her own cake. I knew that if we somehow capture these three things, we will achieve the goal of capturing something which means lot to them. When it comes to Bollywood, what can be better than lovebirds in the rain? They loved the idea and we decided to go with it. Long story short, it was challenging but fun to capture rain shots without having Bollywood budget. Since Hitasha is a cake designer she planned to make her own cake. This is the most abnosrmal wedding highlights that I ever made ;) The couple was open to my feeling about their wedding and gave me total freedom in editing... So I played with software, sounds and cuts... ;)

The film takes place in a modern, but completely empty, apartment. We watch each member of the band in short scenes portraying everyday life, in a very minimalistic environment. One is in the bath, another is reading a book, another is getting dressed, another is chopping vegetables in the kitchen. They are expressionless and almost lifeless. The music gathers momentum and these moments of everyday life seem to be shaken by the following, unexpected, events. Party guests invade the apartment as the worlds of inertia and life collide, and little by little mayhem ensues. — For this music video I spent 1 day writing the script, 2 days shooting, and 2 days editing. This video was a very quick project, but it shows that with practice, and Filmconvert plugin, anything is possible.

Commercial Clip for german camera store Foto Leistenschneider, which is going to open a new store in Frankfurt at the horsemarket (Rossmarkt). The horse belongs to the photographer Nina Wilkesmann, a twelve years old white horse, which we coulered with beetroot. Due to the global climate change, snowboarding in Estonia has become a pretty rare activity during the winter months. We get natural snow for two weeks and the ski resorts struggle with making enough snow to build and maintain a proper snowboard park. Despite the depressing conditions, I tried to stay positive and managed to stack enough footage to put together this snowboard video.

I usually wait for a year before I start editing the footage from my travels. Some call it procrastination, I like to call it traveling on a budget. With this method, I can relive all the adventures while going through the hundred gigabytes of video! Kind of. Back in November of 2015 we decided to escape the horrible Estonian weather and flew to Bali. The tourism and party capital of Indonesia! But we avoided the beach-party-promenade of Kuta and set out to explore the hidden natural attractions. We climbed a volcano and swam with manta rays, bathed in huge waterfalls and surfed not so huge waves, jumped down some cliffs and walked on pink sand beaches. Press play and book your flight.

No Assignment is part of the short film series 'Some Call It Home', which explores the world's last wild places with those who call them home. In this piece, we spend a day with Wildlife Photographer Tom Murphy who has been shooting Yellowstone for over 40 years. But assignments aren't his thing, so he's constantly searching for something different to set his work apart.

I recorded this one shot video with the Rainbow Girls in November of 2016. We wanted the video to be an intimate performance with an "old photo album" look that the FilmConvert Provia provided so nicely. With its warm, neutral, almost wooden feel brings you into the performers space. I wanted this video to be primarily to be about the performance, music, and art direction. Hopefully leave it as "Raw" as possible. But I love color! So I shot it in a "flat" picture profile Slog3 Sgamut3 knowing I could bake in the color later with some tasty FilmConvert and gain a little extra dynamic range by doing so. I recorded the music on a Zoom H6 using a Sterling Audio ST-69 condenser mic and preamp with no post manipulation, just gain trimmed at the recorder. I hope ya'll enjoy. Keep up the excellent work. "Twinstyle The Revenge" is the trailer for two music videos that a German twin rap duo produced by Corneliusfilms.

This is a short film showing the incredible light and landscape of some of the Scottish mountains and lochs. Driving around Scotland in a van is an experience that surpassed expectations, even though they were high to begin with. The reason for the trip was a location recce for an upcoming short film project, it's safe to say we found some stunning locations. We only had 6 days, it just wasn't enough, there is so much to see and I just wanted to stop and take it all in.

'Working the Sea' follows the fortunes of the Bagwells, a Sidmouth fishing family from the forties when young Stan was fishing with his father in a borrowed boat, to the nineties when they have two fish shops, two trawlers fishing out of Brixham, and three boats working off the beach at Sidmouth. Then, tragedy strikes and the women of the family pick up the pieces. The film also weaves the contemporary users of the coast, from the sailing club to the lifeboat, into the narrative. So this is ultimately a film about community spirit and how a mutual love of and respect for the sea draws people together. 'This stunning film: fascinating and inspiring, funny and humbling is a powerful reminder how lucky we are on the coast'. The cool part about this story is the owner, Ron Loe, has traced his genealogy back over 1,000 years ago to Norway and found that his ancestors were woodworkers too! So I was able to mix in some footage of an old style carpenter. Fun piece!

We recreated a music video for the classic song Let's Chill by GUY and tailored it to our client who was proposing to his girlfriend of 4 years.

The nymph of the woods must always be praised. -- We spent a warm fall day walking and dancing through the woods and creeks of central Wisconsin. The Driftless region gives a lot of opportunities for small discoveries. Each turn reveals a new landscape, formed by spring fed creeks and millennia of transformation. The relic pines stand proud with their roots crowning massive rock faces.

I remember you, all of you. The picture isn't always of the whole you, but of pieces joined together, a palimpsest of experience. You are complete, but in my own way. The way I see you. I remember how it felt to move my fingers through your hair, and to put my palm to your lean muscles. Each movement gave me something important. And I will always remember how you made me feel. At the site of infamy, I crawled inside your photograph. Your nape, painted by the redwoods' boughs, became the end of my world. My horizon. If I were to know it, finally, then, I would know all I needed to know, for I would know you. Betsy and Vince's wedding day began as clouds obscured the main piers of the Golden Gate Bridge. Steel supporting clouds. The road bowed to the giant redwoods, each demanding right-of-way. Through the twists and turns, we arrived in Muir Woods. The rain laid siege to the trees, but only tears wet the faces of the bride and groom. They said their vows to the ferns and the flowers, and the sea kissed their feet for their first dance.

Liviu and Cosmina are special people. I know it sounds cheezy and clise, but when you see the film, you really get to understand the connection between them. Life circumstances made them live and work far away from their families, in Morocco. This fact only give you the best perspective when you look at their wedding day: a passionate and emotional reunion with friends and family. We were honored, as friends, to document such a beautiful day.
