The goal for this short promotional video for Car Star was to attract skilled workers to the small town of St Stephen New Brunswick. The intent was to capture the "vibe" of this beautiful place and to challenge some of the stereotypes people might have about small town Atlantic Canada. The film is meant to feel more like a travelogue than a corporate video. The aesthetic is simple and "rootsy". The FJ SuperX 400 film stock from FilmConvert leant itself perfectly.
