Soul. What began as an opportunity to create a simple restaurant menu sizzle reel turned into something so much more. We spent two days with world renowned Chef Scott Conant in an intimate setting, capturing him in his element at The Americano, his new Italian-inspired steakhouse in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. We learned a valuable lesson when landing this once in a lifetime gig with Scott: When you have the opportunity to speak with someone about their craft, whatever it may be, it’s important to take the time to really dig deep and discover what pushes them to show up every day and push for their very best. And with this project, we did just that.

This year I was lucky enough to tell the love story of Marzia and Leo, in Rome. Rome is a unique city of its kind. Walking through the streets of Rome, one is fascinated by the solemnity of its monuments and by the absolute beauty of its being a symbol of culture. Is an open-air cinematography set. Rome offers incredible scenery for an exclusive and intimate wedding film, it is the perfect place to exchange promises of love, enjoying excellent food and excellent wine.

Because of the covid 19, we cannot go outside easily. But nature has been so beautiful though the world changes. I was very impressed by the beauty of nature.

Joseph Bispo and Diego Morales are two of the crew members whose passion for steam-powered railroading keeps the YMSPRR running day after day, year after year. Their personal histories, the challenges they've faced and overcome, and their dedication to the trade are the heart of this film.

In summer 2020 Bernd Schittenhelm forged a heart out of iron with masterly craftsmanship. Anita Schittenhelm covered it with 24 carat gold; the sculptor Eugen Lothar Hirneise created the base for it. The work will be auctioned by Volker Siegle on October 16, 2020 as part of the business weeks for the Boeblingen region. This footage of our road trip to the Snowy Mountains was all filmed by the kids with whatever device was in arms reach. They taught me a valuable lesson - Don't miss the moment, just point and shoot. I missed most of it faffing around with ND filters and exposure settings. Film size is 8mm Grain Strength is 100. Note: Much to my annoyance all of this was shot in portrait mode. Kids.

A music video made with archived before de pandemic, La Volantín is a local band from Chile, and for this video we used the SONY FS7, the BMPCC, and a GOPRO. We balanced color and then apply Filmconvert Nitrate, after that we made little adjustment with the FCPX tools.

«CAUSATION» is a short film telling a story about randomness and the connection between different events and people and their influence over each other. This short film was a kind of pre-graduation work of the Berufsmaturitätsschule Zürich, Fachrichtung Gestaltung and had not only to cover the word, but also randomness itself. There is only that moment, and the incredible certainty that everything under the sun has been written by one hand only. It is the hand that evokes love, and creates a twin soul for every person in the world. It was the pure Language of the World. It required no explanation, just as the universe needs none as it travels through endless time. What the boy felt at that moment was that he was in the presence of the only woman in his life, and that, with no need for words, she recognized the same thing. He was more certain of it than of anything in the world.

First time ever using the FilmConvert Nitrate Plugin and I loved it. The plugin is really more than just a simple lut applied to your footage. With its remote beauty and strong, independently-minded people, Trás-os-Montes (meaning ‘beyond the mountains’) is one of the most isolated and genuinely unspoilt parts of southern Europe. Plateaus and majestic mountains make up the scenery while untouched historical villages keep the traditions alive. Podence is one of those small villages, made famous by an ongoing ritual that dates back more than 2000 years, to Roman times, where devil and men run, hand in hand, causing havoc and misfits. The “Caretos de Podence” is a devilish ritual that stood the test of time, a ritual where men are allowed to incarnate the devil by setting free their primary instinct and innate behaviour: the search for the woman.
