We have recently released our CineMatch account system, which allows you to activate the plugin through your email address and password, and remotely deactivate devices from your account page. This account system is integrated with our FilmConvert account system, so you can view your license details for both plugins.
If you are purchasing a new license of CineMatch, you will be required to log in upon purchasing. If you are checking out as a guest, you will be asked to create a password for your new account.
If you are an existing CineMatch owner, an account will be created automatically for you. You can retrieve your account by resetting your password here, using the same email address that your license was purchased with.
If you would like to update the email address associated with your license, please contact us at support@cinematch.com.
Our new Camera Profile Downloader makes it easier to download and install your camera profiles by doing this within the plugin itself. These downloads will be for individual shooting profiles, rather than for the full camera pack.
If the profile you have selected is not already installed, click on the ‘Download Profile’ button. A pop-up will appear downloading the individual profile, alongside a link to download the full camera pack.
Instead of using your .FKV file, please try logging in with your Username and Password instead.
Otherwise, this is most often caused by your mail client altering the license file. If you are using an older version of the plugin, please try the following steps:

We’re constantly adding new camera packs to CineMatch. You can help us prioritize our camera pack development by letting us know which cameras you use most, and requesting a camera here.
If you are using the latest version of CineMatch that has been activated with your account, you can remotely deactivate licenses from your personal account.
Older versions require that you deactivate from within the plugin itself. You can select "deactivate" from the plugin settings panel to free that license slot. This will require an active internet connection.
For Windows devices, you can uninstall the CineMatch plugin by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features and then searching for ‘CineMatch’ and clicking Remove.
On MacOS, you will need to manually delete the CineMatch plugin from the following locations:
