Jon and James were paired up in March of 2017. At the time they were living on opposite sides of the country. James had never ridden a tandem bicycle and Jon had a bowl style skateboard helmet and his first pair of clip-less cycling shoes, which he was keen to try out for race day. After a couple of wobbly starts and one low speed crash, Jon and James stormed onto their first podium, taking a bronze medal and their first steps toward the 2020 Paralympic Games. This film was created to share their story and raise funds to keep the momentum going.

In the future, the few homes that are left run on leftover nuclear power. Johnny Zero repairs these machines, but today he has a wicked cold. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't get sick days.

The way these animals transform from their clumsy terrestrial selves into graceful, precise, creatures underwater is astonishing. You can never predict exactly what a pinniped is going to do next, but you can be assured that it will always grab your attention. Being a human chew toy is fun too.

Cascadia Liquor challenged us to blend the theme of exploring from their stores into nature. There are seemingly endless things to see in their stores just like Vancouver Island. Back in 2017, I went on a missions trip to Mirebalais, Haiti. Here's one of the stories I captured. Because of the Haiti Free School Project, Alexis can go to school for free along with 500 other students. It was incredible to see the impact it's had on their lives. I'm eager to get back.

In June of 2019, a group of clergy and lay people from Piedmont Community Church in California journeyed to Malawi, Africa to observe supported ministries there. They visited a blind school, feeding program for widows and orphans and a hospital in addition to spending a Sunday with sister church, Kafita. Music native to Malawian spiritual culture provides the soundtrack. The film recognizes that the truest gift comes from those who have little to give.

While visiting my mom in in Albania I saw #takenbyalbania tourism campaign... Great video, but... #Albania has so much to give without references to it's "bad" reputation in action movies. We decided to do our own short "recap" of the visit and call it #givenbyalbania Why given??? Because Albania gave us the opportunity to enjoy it's hospitality, great food, beautiful landscapes, well preserved historical sites, e.t.c... To know what "e.t.c" includes just watch the video!)) Sadly we had only 3 days so we covered only a small part of the country. I hope one day we will come back...
